Placing An Order:

If you would prefer to place an order with us by post rather than doing it online, then you can, its easy. All you need to do is to download and print your own paper order form from either of the links below, fill out the details and pop it in the post along with your payment to the address on the form.

If you are a UK customer, then please select the UK order form. For EU and International customer, please select the EU & International order form.

The order forms are in adobe 'pdf' format. You will need a pdf viewer installed on your computer in order to print them. If you don't have a copy, don't worry, you can get a copy free of charge from here.

To make a purchase, simply browse the store until you find the item or items you are looking for, write down the item number, description, the quantity you would like and the correct price (UK or EU & International).

If you have an e-mail address, add it to your order form so that we may notify you when the goods have been dispatched or in the event of an order query.

Postage & Packing:

All postage, packing and handling charges are included in the price of all our products. This means the price you see is the price you pay, there are no hidden extra charges.

Dispatch of goods:

We will endeavour to process all items within 24 hours from receipt of order. But, like most people, we too from time to time take holidays/vacations. In the event you catch us during one of these periods, then dispatch of goods could take a maximum of 14 days. We will however try to let you know if this happens.

Delivery times can vary and can be affected by forces beyond our control, especially overseas orders. Please allow 5 to 10 working days for your goods to arrive. If you have not received your order in a timely manner, then please contact us at Enquiries@ColsCreations.co.uk with your order details and we will try to help.

Returns policy:

At Col's Creations we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. If you are dissatisfied with our service we will do our best to resolve the problem. Please contact us at Enquiries@ColsCreations.co.uk regarding any problems you may have. If the item is not what you ordered or is in some way faulty then we will be happy to discuss a replacement or a refund.

If you do need to return something to us, then please contact us first, we cannot accept unauthorized returns. If after receiving the pack(s), you then proceed to break the seals, then in this case we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund.

When making a return, please wrap the package securely. Then send the package to the address below. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
