When shopping at Col's Creations, you can rest assured that the highest level of security currently available is in use, safeguarding your personal and financial details. All online payments are handled for us by PayPal Ltd. To make a purchase, simply browse the store until you find the item or items you are looking for, then simply click the 'Add To Cart' button next to it. Please make sure you use the correct 'Add To Cart' button, there is one for 'UK' customers and one for 'EU & International' customers. This will add the item to your shopping cart. You may, if required amend the quantity of items or remove the items from your cart at any time by simply clicking on the 'View Cart & Checkout' button and follow the on screen instructions. You do not need a PayPal account to make purchases online. If you have one, then you can use it or if you prefer, you may pay for your purchases using any of the major credit or debit cards. PayPal Ltd accepts a wide variety of payment methods including Master Card, Maestro, Visa, Amex, Switch, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron Cards.
Once you have finished adding items to your cart, simply click a 'View Cart & Checkout' button. The contents of your cart will be displayed along with the total amount to pay. Then simply press the 'Proceed To Checkout' button to make your payment. When the transaction is completed PayPal will send you an e-mail confirmation of your payment which will include our e-mail address, if you need to contact us. Please check that your contact e-mail address is correct as we will use this to notify you when the goods have been dispatched or in the event of an order query.
All postage, packing and handling charges are included in the price of all our products. This means the price you see is the price you pay, there are no hidden extra charges.
We will endeavour to process all items within 24 hours from receipt of order. But, like most people, we too from time to time take holidays/vacations. In the event you catch us during one of these periods, then dispatch of goods could take a maximum of 14 days. We will however try to let you know if this happens. Delivery times can vary and can be affected by forces beyond our control, especially overseas orders. Please allow 5 to 10 working days for your goods to arrive. If you have not received your order in a timely manner, then please contact us at Enquiries@ColsCreations.co.uk with your order details and we will try to help.
At Col's Creations we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. If you are dissatisfied with our service we will do our best to resolve the problem. Please contact us at Enquiries@ColsCreations.co.uk regarding any problems you may have. If the item is not what you ordered or is in some way faulty then we will be happy to discuss a replacement or a refund. If you do need to return something to us, then please contact us first, we cannot accept unauthorized returns. If after receiving the pack(s), you proceed to break the seals, then in this case we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund. When making a return, please wrap the package securely. Then send the package to the address below. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
